Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 April 2026
1. Who we are and acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LogRhino, the operational logging service provided by Wandle Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17119126), incorporated on 26 March 2026. Registered office: 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, United Kingdom, W1W 5PF.
LogRhino is a product and brand of Wandle Labs Ltd. In these Terms, "LogRhino", "we", "us", and "our" mean Wandle Labs Ltd unless the context requires otherwise.
By using LogRhino you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Use of the service
You agree to:
- Use the service lawfully
- Not misuse or disrupt the platform
- Provide accurate information where required
3. Fair use, abuse, and technical limits
LogRhino is intended for genuine operational logging. Where we describe logging or related features as unlimited, uncapped, or without a fixed allowance in plans, pricing pages, or other materials, that reflects reasonable use for typical organisational operations. It does not permit abusive, excessive, automated, or non-operational use that could overload the service, impair other customers, or circumvent the purpose of the platform.
To protect reliability, security, and fair access, we may apply technical and operational limits (including rate limits, quotas, caps, and abuse controls). Examples of measures that may apply today include:
- a maximum rate of submissions to our public log endpoint from a single network location (currently up to 30 requests per rolling minute per IP address);
- a maximum of 1,500 log entries per log point per UTC calendar day; and
- a maximum of 250 photograph uploads per log point per UTC calendar day, where your organisation allows photos on logs.
Those figures are illustrative examples only and do not restrict our right to apply other or additional limits. We may change, add, or remove limits at any time (including by updating these Terms and/or our systems). We may apply different limits to a specific customer, organisation, account, IP address, or use case where we reasonably consider usage excessive, disproportionate, likely to impair the service or other users, automated in an abusive way, fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with legitimate operational use.
If limits are reached or we take protective action, submissions may be refused, throttled, or delayed. You agree not to attempt to circumvent limits or fair-use measures.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activity under your account
5. Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The service may be updated, changed, or interrupted at any time.
6. Data and responsibility
LogRhino stores and displays logs submitted by users.
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of submitted logs
- Any decisions made based on those logs
- If your organisation enables photos on log submissions: ensuring use is lawful and appropriate (including obtaining any consent or notices required for your context), and for the content of images your users capture
Log images are stored under your organisation’s settings and retention rules, as described in our Privacy Policy.
LogRhino does not replace legal, safety, or regulatory requirements.
7. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
Subject to that:
- LogRhino is provided "as is"; we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted
- We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profits, goodwill, or wasted management time
- Our total liability for all claims arising from or relating to the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for LogRhino in that period, or £100 if you did not pay fees
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- These terms are breached
- The service is misused
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the date above. If you keep using LogRhino after the change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.
